Manufacturing defects

  • Manufacturing defects do not cover wear and tear of the product during the normal course of usage, including but not limited to deterioration of finish or coating, corrosion or rust due to improper, faulty, or negligent use.
  • LEOSQUAD™ SPORTS WORLDWIDE offers a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser, which may not be transferred.
  • Warranty does not cover cable and pulley breakdown in any way which may be caused due to over weight training and not performing routine maintenance practices. Kindly refer to “Product care and Maintenance Guide” page to know more about routine maintenance practices.
  • Warranty does not cover finish wear, misuse, abuse, improper use, or normal wear and tear. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. The warranty may be voided if the product is not assembled/ installed according to the instructions/ directions included with the product.
  • In no event shall LEOSQUAD™ SPORTS WORLDWIDE be liable or in any other way responsible for damages or defects in the product, which were caused by repairs or attempted repairs & alterations performed by anyone other than LEOSQUAD™ SPORTS WORLDWIDE.

BENCHES

Manufacturing defect

  • Manufacturing defects do not cover wear and tear of the product during the normal course of usage, including but not limited to deterioration of finish or coating, corrosion or rust due to improper, faulty, or negligent use.
  • LEOSQUAD™ SPORTS WORLDWIDE offers 5 years limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects in Frame only to the original purchaser, which is non-transferable.
  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear of Cushion, Fabric and Mobilization wheels.
  • Warranty does not cover any improper use, finish wear, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear with respect to time. The damage caused while practising/using the bench with a load exceeding the prescribed max load limits will not be covered under warranty.

WARRANTY CLAIMING PROCESS

  • To obtain warranty service, you must contact the original place of purchase.
  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • LEOSQUAD™ SPORTS WORLDWIDE may, at its option, repair or replace any defective Product frame or parts with new or serviceable used parts that are equivalent in function to the original parts.
  • All exchanged frames and parts replaced under this warranty will at the time of service, become the property of LEOSQUAD™ SPORTS WORLDWIDE.
  • Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to LEOSQUAD™ SPORTS WORLDWIDE to obtain warranty service.
  • The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges of any part or product returned. LEOSQUAD™ SPORTS WORLDWIDE will bear the shipping charges for delivering of any part or product, repaired or new to the purchaser.
